MaintainHub

The foundation of every ToolSense deployment - manage every internal asset (machines, robots, ladders, PPE) with QR codes, procedures, ticketing, and OEM integrations in one place.

IoT trackers & tags (optional)

Add real-time tracking to any asset. Leave quantities at 0 if you don't need them.

Cellular IoT trackers

For larger equipment like scrubbers, sweepers, and powered machinery. Trackers use a global SIM card and capture location, runtime, battery voltage, charging cycles, and motor data (brush, suction, drive). A battery-powered variant is also available - simply stick it onto the machine without wiring, and runtime is inferred from vibration.

Bluetooth tags

For smaller equipment like vacuum cleaners, power tools, ladders, and hand-held gear. Tags are located indirectly via nearby cellular trackers or operator smartphones running the ToolSense app - no SIM, no wiring, multi-year battery life.

ToolSense is modular: you pick the Hubs that fit your operation, and the price follows the number of assets, robots, vehicles or machines you manage in them. Standard integrations (OEM cloud-to-cloud, robot brands, email/calendar, webhooks, CSV) are always included. Final pricing depends on commitment, region and configuration, so every operation gets a tailored quote rather than a fixed list price.

For FM teams: MaintainHub for preventive maintenance and checks across all your equipment, RoboHub to operate your multi-brand cleaning robot fleet, and CarHub for GPS tracking and trip logs for your vehicles. For manufacturers and dealers: ConnectHub for white-label IoT and telematics for cleaning machines, ClientHub as a branded after-sales portal for your customers, and ServiceHub for field service management including parts inventory. Further Hubs are on the roadmap.

Four things: which Hubs you turn on; the quantities you configure inside them (number of assets, robots, vehicles, machines with telematics, assets in the customer portal, technicians); how many IoT trackers and tags you add; and which add-ons you choose — parts inventory, costs at site, reservations, SSO, custom branding, custom integrations, or a fully branded smartphone app. Commitment, region and configuration also affect the final price.

IoT hardware appears in your quote as one-time hardware, separate from the recurring subscription. Connectivity is covered by the subscription: the OBD-II plug-and-play trackers include the SIM. Hardware is optional — if you don't need real-time tracking, leave the quantities at 0 in the calculator.

Yes. ToolSense is modular, at least one Hub has to be active, and you can extend your platform with additional Hubs and capabilities later. MaintainHub is on by default in the calculator, and you can switch Hubs on and off to see how your configuration changes.

ToolSense is fully GDPR-compliant and is headquartered in Vienna, Austria (EU). The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primary region europe-west (Belgium / Frankfurt). Data residency is in the EU by default, with specific regions available on request. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) per Art. 28 GDPR is available as a standard contract, and the subprocessor list is published and kept updated.
