Vienna, Austria — Wednesday, 17 June 2026. LIWO Group (formerly known as B+N Referencia), one of the leading facility services companies in Central and Eastern Europe, has selected ToolSense as its exclusive group-wide FM Operations Platform for equipment and robot management. Following a successful rollout in Hungary in 2025, ToolSense AssetHub and RoboHub are now being deployed across all countries in which LIWO operates and become the only approved solution for managing machines and robots across the group.

One Platform for Asset and Robotics Operations

ToolSense is the FM Operations Platform that lets facility services companies run machines, equipment, vehicles, robots, and other operational assets from one system. With AssetHub, LIWO digitises asset and maintenance management across its entire fleet. With RoboHub, the group manages its growing robot fleet across brands and sites in a single multibrand cockpit. QR-code workflows at the machine combined with IoT connectivity give operations teams full visibility, faster issue resolution, and structured maintenance processes.

From Hungarian Pilot to International Rollout

The Hungarian rollout served as the proof point. After implementation across multiple sites, LIWO saw measurable gains in transparency, response times, and ROI, which is why the group is now expanding the platform to all countries where it operates and standardising on ToolSense as the sole approved system for equipment and robot management.

Unified IoT Asset Management Across Machines, Robots and Vehicles

A central element of the rollout is IoT integration across LIWO's machine, robot, and vehicle fleet. All equipment suppliers delivering to LIWO are required to work with ToolSense, activating IoT connectivity on their machines so operational data flows directly into the platform. In parallel, existing OEM cloud platforms such as Kärcher Connected Cleaning and major robot cloud platforms are being integrated into ToolSense, giving LIWO one unified view across every machine and robotic system in operation.

IoT-enabled asset and robotics management is becoming a core capability for modern facility services companies. With ToolSense we have found a platform that lets us run our machines, robots, and equipment far more efficiently and transparently. The results from Hungary were convincing, which is why we are extending it across all countries in which we operate and making it the standard platform every supplier works with.

We are excited to partner with LIWO Group and support them in digitising their FM operations across multiple countries. The Hungarian rollout clearly showed the impact AssetHub and RoboHub can deliver for facility services companies operating at scale, and we are proud to be the standard platform for LIWO's equipment and robot operations going forward.
