Coor uses ToolSense to make asset operations more transparent, faster to document, and easier to manage. This customer story focuses on the operational change: cleaner asset data, quicker issue handling, and maintenance workflows that teams can follow in daily work.

Coor is a Swedish-founded facility management group operating across the Nordics, with roughly 4,500 cleaning co-workers spread across Denmark. Gitte Agersbæk is Business Process Manager and Maria Morel is Operations Assistant, both based in Denmark, where cleaning is the primary service line.

No single source of truth on assets

Coor’s pain point pre-ToolSense was simple to describe and difficult to fix: there wasn’t one place where the team knew which assets existed, where they were, or how they moved. Finance had purchase records in Excel; operations had partial visibility on the bigger machines and almost none on the smaller ones. Coor met ToolSense at Interplan Amsterdam after a colleague flagged the platform, and the first impression was the right one: easy enough for a front-line manager to pick up without training.

Mobile-first, fair pricing, real adoption

Two things made ToolSense the right fit. The mobile-first workflow, QR code on the machine, app on the phone, lets cleaning staff and first-line managers interact with the platform without needing a desktop. And the licence model only counts first-line managers, not every co-worker, which makes the economics work for a 4,500-person cleaning operation.

A lot of our cleaning staff don’t use a computer. It had to be easy for everyone, and a QR code, anyone can scan.
