Asset Management

Overview for you & your customers of all machines and objects (e.g. construction sites)

With the ToolSense After-Sales Platform you can see all your sold machines as well as the corresponding event histories and optionally also IoT machine data.

This central overview enables you to react quickly to problems and provide your customers with optimal support.

Your customer in turn sees the machines he has purchased from you. If machine data is available via IoT, your customer can also work with it (e.g. location, running time, error codes, performance parameters, etc.).

In addition, your customer can independently create all his other machines and equipment, as well as his construction sites, buildings and factories. With ToolSense your customer has a complete digital inventory list, can reduce operating costs and optimize his internal processes.

Setting of rules & alarms (e.g. maintenance intervals, calibrations, etc.)

With ToolSense you can set different alarms and rules per machine type, which are e.g. triggered by machine data.

Such rules could be for example

  • Maintenance
  • Information
  • Incorrect use
  • Sales information

These rules can be triggered by one parameter (e.g. runtime) or by a combination of several parameters (ampere load + runtime + error code).

This allows you to flexibly cover several possibilities to prevent damage or to optimize productivity.

Your customer can also be notified about due tests (e.g. DGUV V3 test, calibration, etc.).

Furthermore, your customer can set alarms for himself when the machine leaves a building or construction site (geofence).

Management of all machine-related processes (e.g. reservation calendar)

On the ToolSense After-Sales platform, one calendar per machine is available to you and your customers.

You can use this calendar, for example, to plan service calls or to allocate rental machines.

In turn, your customer can use it to plan his internal disposition or his projects. He can set which data may be displayed to the manufacturer and which may not be displayed (data protection).

In this way, you and your customer have a common central planning tool for all processes and tasks relating to the machine.
